Stripper 10
Universal De-coater

 

Characteristics
De-coater for presensitized zinc- and magnesium plates, PCB plates, Granoprint plates and for Rockyphot photo resists.

Stripper 10 is without of chlorinated hydrocarbon

Processing
Pour Stripper 10 in a tray or dip tank (no PVC materials). Allow to react for 30-40 seconds; remove the welled film of the plate with a smooth brush, than wash the plate with water and dry it.
In special cases use a hard plush tampon or heat the plate before using Stripper 10.

In order to remove Rockyphot photo resists from the gravure cylinder pour Stripper 10 to the surface of the cylinder. After 30-40 seconds rub off the cylinder with a washcloth, steep with Stripper 10.

Safety precautions
Stripper 10 is irritant for skin and eyes, by working with Stripper 10 wear safety glasses and gloves. Vapour of Stripper 10 should be exhausted.

Splash on skin and eyes must be washed out immediately with plenty of water.
